My belief is great style doesn’t have to be fussy or expensive – live who you are and wear what you like.

So here is what I like:

First and foremost, things that are comfortable and easy. I spend the majority of my day dressed down but want to look pulled-together and stylish when it counts.  The number one question I ask myself is “Can I clean it myself?” This is what real life looks like and while I am being honest, my favorite outfit is black stretch pants from 2002 and an old t-shirt.

I love the challenge of working with a budget and the hunt for exceptional pieces that bring happiness to the everyday with minimal investment.  Personal style doesn’t have to cost a fortune. In fact, some of my favorite everyday items cost under $10.

Mixing is mandatory.  High/low, old/new. Anything works as long as you love it.

I have an arsenal of shopping secrets and styling tips from my many years working in the luxury retail industry prior to becoming a stay-at-home Mom.  This knowledge helps me maximize my style without feeling stressed. Life is hard enough – find what works for you and reflects who you really are versus who you want to be.
